Delete Your Account
Your data, your choice.
What gets deleted
- Your account (email, name, military profile)
- Any synced data stored on our servers (profile, preferences, saved scenarios)
- Push notification tokens for all your devices
- Any active Family Plan link
Financial inputs stored locally on your device are not transmitted to our servers and are cleared when you uninstall the app.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the Salute to Suit app on your iOS or Android device.
- Tap your profile icon or go to Dashboard → Account.
- Scroll to Account Management and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion. Your account and all associated server-side data will be removed immediately.
Option 2 — Request via email
If you no longer have access to the app, email us with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Before deleting, please cancel your subscription:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Salute to Suit → Cancel
- Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → Salute to Suit → Cancel
- Web: Dashboard → Account → Manage Subscription → Cancel Plan
