Delete Your Account

Your data, your choice.

What gets deleted

  • Your account (email, name, military profile)
  • Any synced data stored on our servers, including profile, preferences, saved scenarios, net worth, portfolio, transition timeline, device tokens, subscription status, and family configuration
  • Push notification tokens for all your devices
  • Any active Family Plan link

Guest mode data and unsaved calculator drafts stay local to your device and are cleared when you uninstall the app or clear app data.

Option 1 — Delete in the app or website (fastest)

  1. Open Salute to Suit on web, iOS, or Android.
  2. Open Account Management from the dashboard or account menu.
  3. Tap Delete Account and reauthenticate when prompted.
  4. Confirm deletion. Your account and all associated server-side data will be removed immediately.

Option 2 — Request via email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Subscription cancellation

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Before deleting, please cancel your subscription:

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Salute to Suit → Cancel
  • Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → Salute to Suit → Cancel
  • Web: Dashboard → Account → Manage Subscription → Cancel Plan
